Description: The Relational Field is an immersive somatic exploration into the heart of intimacy. It begins with a potent activation phase designed to "polish the mirror" of the self, using circular mouth breathing to bring buried survival responses—withdrawal, projection, and shutting down—into the light of awareness. This is a journey of "meeting yourself to meet another." The experience then shifts into a deep, grounding "down-regulation" phase, utilizing the science of Co-Regulation. Through a vivid "Sunrise Beach" visualization, you will bridge the gap between you and your partner, seeing them through the lens of their inner child and dissolving old "dead weight" expectations.
